The Gmail launch another new feature for Gmail Chat... The Gmail Voice and Video chat!
Now you can chat, talk and even see each other in a web browser! No need to install any other application! (except a plug-in...)
But it's still great that you can do them all in a web browser.
Caution: You'll need a webcam (and a microphone if want to use voice chat)
